ARABICA MANDHELING JANTAN / PEABERRY

Process : Full Wash
Taste : Complecity
Body : Mild
Aroma : Floral and Spicy.
Roast : Medium Dark

Unlike the usual coffee beans, the unique peaberry beans contain single seed and only account for around 5 to 10% of the total harvested cherries. It is full bodied with balanced fruity acidity. The extra caffein it contains promises to give you the extra push to start your daily routine.

The process of natural coffee is coffee process conducted by Mandheling tribe in South Tapanuli in the early 18th century, now these people have left natural process because of judged not efficient, natural process takes 2 months of processing of the cherry to be Green Beans.

Natural-process produces coffee that has the taste and flavor and ussually women loves it.

Honey process is the process for get into the liquid coffee sweet cherry coffee into the coffee beans through the drying process with the sun, resulting in a sweet-scented coffee and rich flavor.
